Can keycaps turn a QWERTY keyboard into AZERTY or QWERTZ?
Replacement keycaps change the visible legends on a compatible mechanical keyboard. They do not change your computer’s input mapping. Choose the matching input layout in your operating system so the characters on screen match the legends you see.
Will these keycaps fit my keyboard?
Check that your keyboard uses MX-style cross stems, then compare its Enter key, left Shift, bottom row, spacebar and any compact-layout keys with the product coverage image. ISO and ANSI describe physical key shapes; a kit is not universal simply because its legends match your language.
Does a keycap set include a keyboard or switches?
Unless a product page explicitly states otherwise, a keycap set includes keycaps only. It does not include a keyboard, switches or stabilizers.
How long do processing and delivery take?
Orders are normally processed within 0–2 business days. Delivery estimates depend on destination and carrier; the current estimate for supported destinations is generally 7–14 business days after dispatch. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Do keycap sets include pullers?
Most full keycap sets normally include a keycap puller and a combined keycap-and-switch puller. Package contents can vary, so always check the package list on the specific product page before ordering.
