What is the difference between QWERTY, AZERTY, QWERTZ, ANSI and ISO?
QWERTY, AZERTY and QWERTZ describe how letters and symbols are arranged: QWERTY is widely used internationally, AZERTY primarily in France and Belgium, and QWERTZ in Germany, Austria and parts of Central Europe. ANSI and ISO describe the physical shapes and positions of keys such as Enter and left Shift.

Do language keycaps change what my keyboard types?
No. Keycaps change the printed legends and feel. Select the matching input language in Windows, macOS or your device so the characters on screen match the legends.
What are shine-through keycaps, and does SIMPOCUBIC sell them?
Shine-through keycaps have translucent legend areas that allow keyboard backlighting to pass through. Yes, SIMPOCUBIC sells shine-through PBT sets, including selected multilingual variants. Look for Shine-through in the product title and check the illuminated photos for the exact variant; brightness also depends on the keyboard's LED position.
What do top-printed, side-printed and side engraving mean?
Top-printed means legends on the upper surface; side-printed or side engraving means legends on the front-facing side. Selected SIMPOCUBIC variants combine shine-through English side legends with French AZERTY, German QWERTZ or another local layout on top. This gives you two visual layout references, while the operating-system input language still controls which characters are typed.
Will SIMPOCUBIC keycaps fit my keyboard?
Most sets are made for mechanical keyboards with MX-style cross stems. Check the product coverage image for Enter, left Shift, bottom-row, spacebar and compact-layout keys. Low-profile, laptop, membrane and scissor-switch keyboards are not compatible unless a product page explicitly says otherwise.
Are the keyboard and switches included?
No. Unless a product page clearly says otherwise, the set contains keycaps and the accessories shown in its package list. The keyboard, switches and stabilisers are not included.
How quickly will my order ship?
Estimated delivery: 5–12 business days from placing your order. Weekends, public holidays, customs and carrier disruption can extend this estimate.
How much is shipping?
Available services and prices are calculated at checkout from the destination and shipment weight. Enter your delivery address at checkout for the current rate before payment.
Will I receive tracking?
When tracking is available, it is sent to the email address used for the order after dispatch. Tracking may take a short time to show its first carrier scan.
What if tracking does not update?
If there is no new carrier event for 14 business days, contact us with your order number so we can open a lost-parcel investigation.
How long does support take to reply?
Email support@simpocubic.com. We respond to customer-support requests within 24 hours.
Can I return my order?
You can request a voluntary standard return within 30 days after you or a person you designate other than the carrier receives the last item. Where EU/EEA or UK statutory withdrawal law applies to your purchase, you can give notice within 14 days without a reason or prior approval. Review our Refund Policy before sending an item.
What if my item is faulty, damaged or incorrect?
Email support@simpocubic.com with your order number and clear photos. After verification, we will discuss the appropriate replacement, reshipment or refund. Your mandatory consumer rights are not limited by this process.
Can I change my address after ordering?
Contact us through the Contact page as soon as possible. We can only change an address before fulfilment begins and cannot guarantee changes after dispatch.
