Orders are sold by SIMPOCUBIC CO., LIMITED and are currently fulfilled and dispatched from China. Our Hong Kong registered office is not a warehouse, dispatch location or returns facility.

Processing time
Order preparation is included in the total estimated delivery time below. Please check the delivery estimate available for your destination at checkout; same-day dispatch is not guaranteed.

Delivery estimates
For supported destinations, the estimated total time from placing your order to delivery is 5–12 business days. Carrier transit times can vary by destination, customs processing, and local delivery conditions, so this is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date.

Shipping cost
For supported international destinations, standard shipping is charged according to the total package weight: €4.99 up to 0.1 kg; €5.90 from 0.1001 to 0.5 kg; the rate then increases by €3.00 for each additional 0.5 kg, up to 5 kg. The exact shipping charge is shown at checkout after you enter your delivery address. Domestic China shipping rates are shown separately at checkout.
