Orders are sold by SIMPOCUBIC CO., LIMITED and are currently fulfilled and dispatched from China. Our Hong Kong registered office is not a warehouse, dispatch location or returns facility.

Delivery estimates

For supported destinations, the estimated total time from placing your order to delivery is 5–12 business days. Carrier transit times can vary by destination, customs processing and local delivery conditions, so this is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date.

Shipping cost

Shipping cost is calculated from the package weight and the destination at checkout. Please enter your delivery address to see the applicable shipping option before placing an order.
