1U is one standard key width. 2U and 2.25U indicate width, not quantity. Check the chosen key position, mounting and shape clearance. To place several sculpted keycaps across the F-row, check that their shapes do not touch adjacent keys.
For Enter placement, match the 2.25U rectangular key size and mounting points; the L-shaped ISO Enter uses a different shape.
